With intense competition, this large MNC bank felt it is important to clearly differentiate itself from other players in the market, through omni channel banking.

They wanted a new UX and added features to the app, which complemented their Net-Banking Digital Experience.

Banking customers are tech-savvy and expect their banks to be the same. So, we had consistent UX on all form factors, and channels, so that the customer gets a seamless experience.

We simplified the UX with these features:

  • Personalised MPIN feature to speed up the app registration process

  • Syncing bill payment reminders with the phone calendar

  • Quicker money transfer to personal contacts, integration with FB & Twitter contacts

  • Smart location tracking: ability to locate nearby ATMs and branches using Augmented Reality (AR)
