Banno Swagger, founded by Karan and Shashank, is a bold fashion brand where street style meets women’s fashion. They aim to revolutionize the fashion scene with their fabric craftsmanship, garment creation, and market strategy expertise. The brand offers a diverse wardrobe, including loungewear, activewear, and striking Western wear, each piece making a statement of individuality and confidence.​

The Ask

Banno Swagger, an Indian-origin apparel brand launched in December 2020, initially experienced promising sales on major platforms like Myntra and Amazon. However, by September 2021, their own e-commerce website faced significant challenges due to poor user experience (UX) design and limited visibility online. Customers encountered navigation issues, slow loading times, and an unappealing interface, which hindered their ability to convert visits into sales. As a result, Banno's website sales stagnated at less than INR 2 Lac per month, preventing the brand from reaching its full potential in the competitive online marketplace.

The Solution

To address these challenges, Uxury initiated a comprehensive redesign process beginning with a series of design thinking workshops involving Banno's senior management. This collaborative approach not only led to a rebranding effort, including a new brand name and logo.

 

Uxury implemented user-centric design principles, enhancing navigation and visual appeal, which significantly improved the sales funnel. Additionally, Uxury launched targeted product campaigns and managed a Facebook advertising strategy that achieved an impressive return on ad spend (ROAS) of over 10X. These efforts culminated in a remarkable results:

 

  • Increase in Banno's brand-owned website sales, soaring from INR 2 Lac to over INR 11 Lac per month, representing an increase of 450%

 

  • 4X increase in website traffic

 

  • Reduction in page dropoffs, from 39% to 5%

 

Through strategic UX improvements, design upgrades, and effective marketing campaigns, Uxury successfully positioned Banno Swagger for sustained growth in the e-commerce sector.
